VMH and Alliance Francaise du Bengale jointly organised a Western Classical Music Concert titled Romance on Piano on 11 November 2024 at the Eastern quadrangle of VMH. The piano recital was performed by Kim Barbier, a celebrated pianist who has performed across many prestigious venues in India and internationally. The theme of the soiree was “Shadow and Light” and featured compositions by the greats such as Frederic Chopin, Franz Liszt and Claude Debussy. A house full of an audience exceeding 450 avid music aficionados lent their ears to the musical performance.
