VMH and Bengal Biennale showcasing a collaborative exhibition “Between Home & the World: Arabian Nights, Cubist Expression, and Feminine Interiors of Jorasanko” at the Durbar hall of VMH from 6 December 2024 to 5 January 2025. This exhibition showcases the transformative works of Gaganendranath Tagore, Abanindranath Tagore, and Sunayani Devi, three key figures in Bengali art, and explores themes of cultural identity, abstraction, narrative, and the role of women in early 20th-century art.
