Durbar Hall
The ‘Durbar Hall’ is used for temporary exhibitions of Victoria Memorial Hall. Presently it houses an exhibition titled “India: In the Eyes of Thomas and William Daniell”. The exhibition showcases selected engravings by the Daniells from the collection depicting India’s architectural heritage. Victoria Memorial Hall has the largest collection of paintings by the Daniells on the lives and landscapes of India.

Dasasumade Gaut at Benares on the Ganges - Steps, particularly a set of stairs near a river, are what create a ghat, where people wash, bathe, and take baths.
Gate of the Loll-Baug at Fyzabad - The view features the entrance to the Lal Bagh, Lucknow.
The Observatory at Delhi - Jantar-Mantar, the observatory of Delhi, which dates back to about 1724, constructed by Maharaja Savai Jai Singh II of Jaipur.
View of Indra Sabha, looking outward - The monolithic shrine is located in the center of the inner court of the Indra Sabha cave. It has a pyramidal superstructure with an octagonal roof on top. A free-standing elephant and a column with Jain figures seated on top are located next to it.
