Victoria Memorial Hall presents an exhibition “Land & People in Early 19th-Century India through the eyes of Emily Eden (1797-1869) at Portrait Gallery of Victoria Memorial Hall on the eve of International Women’s Day.
The exhibition will remain open for visitors from 08th March 2017.

Victoria Memorial Hall in collaboration with Rabindra Bharati Socity cordially invites you to an exhibition of 123 works by the master artist Shri Abanindranath Tagore curated by The Professor Ratan Parimoo from the collection of Victoria Memorial Hall and Rabindra Bharati Society. Eminent art historian Professor R Siva Kumar, Kala- Bhavana and Visva - Bharati University has kindly agreed to be present as the Chief Guest and inaugurate the Exhibition, and speak on Shri Abanindranath Tagore’s art on Tuesday, 3 March 2015 at 6.00pm of Victoria Memorial Hall ( portrait Gallery) 1 Queen’s Way kolkata 700071.
The exhibition will remain on display till 24 May 2015. Everyday from 10am to 5pm. Except Monday and designated holidays.
