Great Indian Reformers Gallery

The Gallery displays 17 nos of life size oil paintings of great Indian Reformers namely Raja Rammohun Roy, Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar, Bankim Chandra Chatterjee, Mahatma Gandhi, Bal Gangadhar Tilak etc. The national reform movements that persisted in contemporary India were led by these courageous people who dared to question the prevailing prejudice structures and practices .These national reformers in the late 19 th and 20 th centuries lead the movements that continued to resonate in modern India. A progressive and inclusive nation was made possible by their unwavering commitment to social justice, equity and advancement.
